If you talked to a MIRA
The organisation named on the page before the conversation is responsible for your data (the controller). MIRA runs the conversation on its behalf (the processor).
- Conversations are anonymous unless the organisation asks for your contact details, for example to send you an offer. You fill them in a form, see why they are needed, and share them only if you agree.
- Contact details are stored encrypted, visible only to the organisation, and never sent to the AI models.
- Your audio is streamed to our AI provider while the conversation is open and is not stored by us.
- A written transcript, the answers extracted from it and an AI evaluation are stored for the organisation.
- Names, emails, phone numbers and similar details you happen to say are removed from the stored transcript after the evaluation.
- Your IP address is not stored. A hash that changes every day is kept to prevent abuse.
If you have a MIRA account
We store your name, email address and password hash, the organisations you belong to and your role in them, in order to provide the service.
Your rights
Contact the organisation that ran the conversation, or write to the address in the footer of this site and we will pass your request on.
