The organisation that creates a chatbot is the controller of the conversations it collects. MIRA processes that data only on the organisation's documented instructions: running conversations, evaluating them and showing results to the organisation's members.
Audio and text are processed by our AI provider to run the conversation and the evaluation. Hosting, email and bot-protection providers are listed on request.
Respondents are anonymous unless the organisation enables the contact form, in which case only the name, email or phone it chose are collected, with the respondent's separate consent, stored encrypted and never sent to the AI models. IP addresses are not stored, only a daily-rotating hash used against abuse; personal data a respondent says out loud is removed from the stored transcript after the evaluation.
Access is limited to the organisation's members and to MIRA staff for support. The organisation can delete individual conversations, chatbots or the whole organisation at any time; deletion is immediate. MIRA assists with data subject requests and notifies the organisation of personal data breaches without undue delay.
