MIRA · Multilingual Interviewer Research Assistant

Turn conversations into decisions.

MIRA is an AI voice interviewer you design for your own purpose. It talks with people for a few minutes, asks follow-up questions when answers are vague, and turns what they say into scores, reasons and actions for your team.

Not a form. An interviewer that evaluates.

Forms and surveys collect answers. A score of 3 out of 5 does not tell you what to fix. MIRA has a goal, listens, and keeps asking until it understands.

It asks follow-ups

"The service was slow" becomes "we waited 40 minutes because only one person was at the desk".

It evaluates, with reasons

Every conversation gets a score on your criteria, a rationale for each one and quotes as evidence.

It feels like a conversation

People talk naturally, in their own language, for a few minutes. They can ask questions back, or type if they prefer.

How it works

  1. 1

    Describe it

Pick a template, or tell the MIRA Builder, by voice or in writing, what you want to understand. It proposes the questions, the scoring criteria and the alerts.

  2. 2

    Test it

Talk to your draft exactly as a respondent would. Ask the Builder to change anything, then test again.

  3. 3

    Share it

Publish a link or print the QR code: on a table, a receipt, an email, a job posting or a classroom wall.

  4. 4

    Act on it

Every conversation is scored with reasons and evidence. Dashboards show trends and themes, alerts flag what needs attention now.

Every conversation produces a decision, not a transcript

Results are collected in your workspace: compare people or locations, follow the trend week by week, export to CSV, and see emerging themes before they become problems.

✓

Score

Overall and per criterion, weighted the way you decide.

✓

The why

A rationale for every score, not just a number.

✓

Evidence

The respondent's own words, quoted.

✓

Themes

Short labels you can count across hundreds of conversations.

✓

Recommendations

Concrete next actions for your team.

✓

Alerts

Owners and managers are notified when a rule is triggered.

Built for people's trust

Anonymous by default

Respondents stay anonymous unless you need to contact them: then they leave their details in a form, with explicit consent. IP addresses are never stored.

Personal data removed

Names, emails and phone numbers said out loud are stripped from the stored transcript.

Your data, your workspace

Each organisation has its own space, with owner, manager and viewer roles. You are the data controller; MIRA processes on your behalf.

Speaks their language

The interviewer opens in the respondent's language and follows them if they switch. The workspace is available in English, Italian, German and Spanish.

Tell MIRA what you want to understand.

Start from a template or describe your case to the Builder. Your first MIRA can be ready to test in a few minutes.
